The communal areas of our 40-year-old 15-storey apartment block in the Sydney CBD were in need of a refurbishment. As the body corporate’s committee, we wanted to select new flooring, wall coverings and paint colours for the entry foyer and residential floors. We are very happy with the final interior design specifications which will modernise the appearance of our building.
